The Lattakia Chamber of Commerce and Industry concluded the "Leadership in Change Management" training course organized by the Chamber's Training Center in cooperation with the Cambridge Academy in London. This initiative is part of the Chamber's ongoing efforts to develop administrative competencies and enhance leadership capabilities within the business community.The course covered a range of specialized topics in strategic leadership, change management, and institutional development.
