Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Invites Damaged Enterprises to Submit Compensation Requests and Benefit from Decree No. 69
The Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry has issued an official invitation to all industrialists and owners of economic and industrial enterprises in the governorate whose properties sustained material damage between March 15, 2011, and December 8, 2024.
In its statement, the Chamber urged eligible enterprise owners covered by the provisions of Article (2) and the conditions of Legislative Decree No. (69) to take initiative and benefit from the advantages and facilities provided by the decree, in accordance with its issued executive regulations.
The statement, signed by the Chairman of the Chamber, Mr. Nashat Khalid Al-Rifai, and the Secretary, Mohammed Awad Al-Omari, indicated that the application process requires preparing all necessary paperwork and supporting documents specified in the executive regulations decision, and submitting them via an official request addressed directly to the Directorate of Finance in the governorate
