Decision No. 93
The Minister of Economy and Industry, based on the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 9 dated March 29, 2025, and the Bylaws of the Joint Syrian Business Councils with the Countries of the World, approved by Cabinet Decision No. 58/M.W. dated August 27, 2017, hereby decides the following:
Article /1/: The Syrian-Hungarian Business Council shall be formed on the Syrian side as follows:

Mr. Alaa Teljbini - Vice President

Dr. Ahmad Barak - Secretary General

Mr. Yasser Bilal - Public Relations Officer
Article /2/: The Council is committed to operating in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Joint Syrian Business Councils with the Countries of the World, and in line with the regulating charter and procedural guide issued by the Syrian Council for Coordinating Joint Business Councils.
Article /3/: This Council is considered the sole accredited council on the Syrian side regarding relations with the Hungarian side, in accordance with the regulations approved by the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
Article /4/: The Syrian Council for Coordinating Joint Business Councils with the Countries of the World, formed at the Ministry of Economy and Industry under Decision No. 25 dated January 20, 2026, is the entity responsible for coordinating, organizing, and developing the work of this Council, ensuring its alignment with the business councils system and national economic priorities.
Article /5/: This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and those concerned with its implementation shall be notified.
