The Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry, represented by its Chairman, Eng. Muhammad Ayman Al-Moulawi, and board member Mr. Raif Al-Sibaie, participated in a meeting at the Headquarters of the Local Production and Export Support and Development Authority. The meeting included representatives from chambers of industry, the Local Production Directorate, and the Civil Aviation Authority to discuss enhancing shipping systems and facilitating the access of national products to foreign markets.The meeting focused on regulating "Groupage Shipping" (LCL) and improving its quality, emphasizing the role of civil aviation in providing specific support to exporters during international exhibitions. Participants agreed on creating an integrated database to overcome logistics challenges and stressed the importance of coordination with shipping offices to improve services. They also committed to holding periodic meetings to follow up on the implementation of these measures to positively impact the national economy
