At a seminar on renewable energies ... an investor is applying .. Vintenshoh !!! .. And talk about the support of the investor? Syrian Industry News:

The theme of Wednesday's trade seminar at the Damascus Chamber of Commerce has opened a door that is difficult for some investors: to invest in renewable energies. It turned out during the seminar that there are significant obstacles embodied in the unjustified bureaucracy by some ministries and their departments, which leads many investors to refrain from entering the Syrian market !!

The investor Rakkad Hamidi broadcast his suffering in the implementation of his project .. He is the owner of the license No. 1 in the generation of electricity using renewable energies, because he believes that the seminar is a platform that may convey his voice to the presidency, may know the reason for disrupting his investment!

Hamidi says: For more than 8 months I applied for the purchase of unclassified rocky land (repairable) to implement a wind farm to generate electricity that feeds the southern countryside of Damascus (self-sufficiency) .. I have not received any answer, even if the request was rejected. One of the foundations of a wind farm in Syria in the southern countryside of Damascus, license number (1), with a capacity of 500 kilowatts can be doubled to 20 megawatts.

Imported experimental violence brand (Vistas - Danish), I could not install because of the entry of terrorists to the land of the project at the time .. And we see the daily interest of the government renewable energies ..?!

What is required is the issuance of flexible legislation to allow the investment of rocky lands and open doors without equivocation to Syrian investors and give them confidence.

This recession was the message of the investor who chose his country Syria as a place for his project .. The subject drawing the prime minister or any party that provides a convincing explanation for such treatment of investors, instead of attracting them and respect !!

It is noteworthy that the guest of the seminar was an assistant director of the National Center for Energy Research Sinjar Tohme. It also provides foreign exchange on the treasury spent for the purchase of petroleum products, as well as maintaining a clean environment free of pollution.

"Renewable energy is the future energy, and we encourage investors to invest in this energy because it is profitable, and private sector projects have been launched in Quneitra and Homs." Sinjar Tohme, associate director of the National Center for Energy Research, said that there are policies on how to make the best use of energy. "There is a law that we are working on, which is to conserve energy before thinking about how to increase its sources," he said.

He pointed out that solar and wind energy are the most important sources of renewable energy in Syria, pointing to the plan drawn up by the Ministry of Electricity in cooperation with the concerned authorities, and that the government is working to approve it, a strategic plan for Syria until 2030, where 1500 megapixels will be installed as photovoltaic, 900 megabytes Wind turbines, 1.2 million solar heater. He pointed out that the implementation of the plan was divided on the government sector and the private sector, and the domestic sector, pointing out that it was licensed 2.6 MW solar pickups, and installed 17.4 Mega solar energy.

He pointed out that the licensed capacities amounted to 6.2 megabytes, and the implemented 6 megabytes, while the capacities under license reached up to 100 megabytes of solar pickups, and most of these projects are implemented in Homs, Hama, Tartous, Sweida, Damascus and its countryside, pointing to the existence of projects in the private sector, but not linked On the web. One participant spoke that there are no specialized companies in Syria in the field of biogas, and there are no agencies.

One trader asked why the issue of the construction of power plants by burning waste was not raised, pointing out that this topic is important and solves a big crisis, especially since it only needs cooperation between the Ministry of Electricity and municipalities.
