Yesterday evening, Wednesday, the Syrian Arab Organization for Standardization and Metrology launched its new corporate look and upgraded visual identity. The launch took place under the auspices and in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Industry, Dr. Mohammad Nidal al-Shaar, the Chairman of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, Mr. Alaa Al-Ali, the Vice President of the Federation, Eng. Essam Al-Ghriwati, and the Secretary-General of the Federation, Dr. Abdul Rahim Ziyadah, alongside several economic and industrial figures.The launch of the new identity coincided with the inauguration of the Single-Window system at the organization. This initiative aims to streamline procedures for clients, accelerate the certificate-granting process, and improve the quality of services provided to both the commercial and industrial sectors.In a media statement, the Chairman of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce emphasized that the Federation's participation reflects its support for a significant step toward developing the standards and metrology system in Syria. He pointed out that launching the organization in its new form represents a qualitative leap that will positively impact the quality of the national product. Furthermore, he noted that the opening of the Single-Window system will significantly alleviate many burdens for both merchants and industrialists
