With the aim of ensuring performance efficiency to positively impact the national industry, representatives from the four Syrian Chambers of Industry (Damascus & its Countryside, Homs, Hama, and Aleppo) along with the Federation, concluded an intensive training workshop titled "Towards a High-Performing Chamber: Training for Representatives of Syrian Chambers of Industry." The workshop was organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in cooperation with the International Training Centre (ITC-ILO) from July 21 to 23, 2026, in Damascus.The workshop covered topics on strengthening the institutional and managerial capacities of the chambers of industry through developing institutional governance concepts, improving membership management, and enhancing advocacy and interest representation capabilities for members. Additionally, it focused on creating innovative services that meet members' needs and support the institutional sustainability of the chambers
