In a step reflecting the growing interest in youth empowerment and fostering a new generation of entrepreneurs, the Youth and Entrepreneurs Council organized a specialized workshop. Presented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Sayed Omar, the workshop addressed entrepreneurship concepts and mechanisms for transforming innovative ideas into successful and sustainable projects.Dr. Omar emphasized that establishing the Youth and Entrepreneurs Council sends a message of hope for the future of the Syrian economy. He pointed out that the success of projects does not depend on the idea alone. Instead, it begins with proper planning, quality execution, continuous development, and building a corporate culture based on knowledge and innovation.The workshop reviewed the key pillars on which an entrepreneurial project is built, starting with market, competitor, and resource analysis, leading up to the application of the "Three Fives" methodology as a practical model for establishing projects. It also highlighted the pioneering experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in building an integrated entrepreneurship ecosystem through business incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces, and their role in transforming promising ideas into successful companies.The workshop concluded with an interactive dialogue that discussed ways to build an integrated entrepreneurial ecosystem in Syria. This ecosystem is based on enhancing cooperation among the public sector, private sector, and universities, integrating entrepreneurship culture into education, and creating an enabling environment for innovation. This reinforces the role of the Youth and Entrepreneurs Council as a national platform for qualifying talents, supporting initiatives, and contributing to achieving sustainable economic development
