Kajoun Group and Hama Chamber of Industry Host Dual Education Students to Enhance Practical Skills
Kajoun Group for Industry and Trade received Dual Education students specializing in Mechatronics, as part of the ongoing coordination efforts between the Hama Chamber of Industry and the Directorate of Education. The visit was held under the patronage and direct supervision of Mr. Assad Muhammad Kajoun, Chairman of the Hama Chamber of Industry and General Manager of the Group, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Al-Saadi, Director of the Dual Education Office, and the accompanying supervisory delegation.
The primary goal of the visit was to introduce students to production lines and modern machinery, providing them with the opportunity to participate in practical experiments and technical training that simulate the reality of industrial work. Students experienced the work environment firsthand, training on technical tasks directly related to their academic specialization under the supervision of facility experts. This initiative is part of the Chamber's strategy to bridge the gap between vocational education and the labor market, preparing a generation of graduates capable of efficiently entering the production process immediately upon graduation
