The Lattakia Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched the very first activities of its new Training and Qualification Center. The center was officially inaugurated by Dr. Essam Soufi, a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors, alongside the organizers from the Retaj Center for Training and Qualification, who presented the program.The opening event featured a training course titled "Management Consulting, Administrative Training, and Leadership & Management Techniques: The 360 Approach." The program targeted administrators and representatives from various private companies and institutions in Lattakia. This initiative aligns with the Chamber's ongoing efforts to support the business environment and enhance administrative and professional competencies across the governorate.The course focuses on developing modern managerial skills and strengthening concepts of planning, organization, and decision-making. These core elements aim to boost institutional performance, improve productivity, and establish best professional practices within companies and organizations.The launch of this training center is part of the Chamber’s strategic vision to provide high-quality services that support the business community.
