Promising Economic Partnership: Syrian Embassy in Beijing Discusses Investment Opportunities with Chinese Companies

In a move reflecting growing Chinese interest in the Syrian market, the Syrian Embassy in Beijing—in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Zakaria Lababidi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy—hosted an economic meeting. The gathering brought together Dr. Anas Al-Bou, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee and Board Member of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, with several Chinese companies interested in investing in Syria.

Representatives from the China National Tourism Corporation and a representative from the "Belt and Road" initiative participated in the meeting, where they discussed cooperation and investment opportunities across various sectors in Syria.
