Within the framework of its ongoing efforts to enhance communication with the business community and consolidate its presence in prominent economic events, the Rif Damascus Chamber of Commerce, represented by the Businesswomen Committee, participated in Syria's Specialized Exhibitions 2026. These events include the TechnoBuild exhibition for construction and infrastructure, Syria Energy for power and electricity, Industrial Automation, and the SINEX exhibition for industry, which collectively serve as a strategic platform to showcase the latest developments and investment opportunities in energy, construction, and modern technologies.
The Chamber’s participation featured the "Masaahat Athar" (Impact Space) pavilion, hosted within the pavilion of the Rajha Mica Furniture Manufacturing Company. The pavilion attracted widespread interest from businessmen and visitors, as the Chamber's team introduced the services and facilities provided to members, while addressing inquiries regarding investment and trade mechanisms.
The event was attended by a high-level official delegation from the Chamber, which included Mr. Firas Shammas, Member of the Executive Bureau; Ms. Ruba Abboud, Chairperson of the Businesswomen Committee; Ms. Hanadi Al-Moazen, Secretary of the Committee; Ms. Maysaa Tahhan, Member of the Businesswomen Committee; Mr. Nizar Bakour, Director of the Chamber; Mr. Mohammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Director of the Chamber; and Ms. Banan Al-Khoudari, Financial Director. The delegation was accompanied by the Chamber’s media and information team to document professional meetings and explore the presented investment opportunities.
This participation aligns with the Rif Damascus Chamber of Commerce’s strategy to expand communication channels with various economic entities, support the business environment, and encourage initiatives that stimulate commercial and investment activities, ultimately contributing to the development of the private sector and enhancing its role in economic growth
