Syrian companies are preparing to participate in the Baghdad International Fair on an area of 2000 meters
With joint efforts and great coordination between the federations of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the General Organization for Exhibitions and International Markets, more than 100 national industrial companies from different Syrian governorates are preparing to participate in the 46th session of Baghdad International Fair on an area of 2000 meters within the Syrian pavilion in the exhibition. In the framework of seeking to strengthen trade and economic relations with our sister Iraq and the keenness to participate in all economic events held there, as the Iraqi market is the most important destination for Syrian products of all kinds.
Member of the Board of Directors of Damascus Chamber of Industry and Countryside, Talal Qala'i, Chairman of the Exhibitions Committee, praised the previous participation of Syrian companies in the exhibition, where they have achieved remarkable success and wide acceptance of Iraqi citizens despite the difficult circumstances experienced by the country, as a result of the cooperation of all parties that contributed to the follow-up and support of the government.
He pointed out the importance of participating in the 46th session, which will be held in the period from 1 to 10 November 2019, especially after the opening of the crossing Albukamal-Qaim border to be a real opportunity for the Syrian industry to increase the quantity of Syrian products exported to Iraq
The citadel Ji noted the support given by the Syrian Commission for Supporting and Developing Local Production and Exports in this session to the participating companies, where they provided a subsidy on the price per meter by 50%.
