The Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce has announced the new framework for the mandates of the "Investment and Economic Policies Committee," chaired by Mr. Anas Al-Tahan, aimed at enhancing the business environment and developing economic partnerships in the country.
The primary mandates assigned to the committee include seven core pillars:

Monitoring and Improving the Investment Environment: Communicating with investors to identify obstacles and coordinating with relevant authorities to address them.

Achieving Commercial and Industrial Balance: Coordinating with economic activities to study policies for balancing local production, stabilizing prices, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in line with a disciplined free-market economy.

Preparing Studies and Policies: Formulating economic and developmental studies in cooperation with government entities to contribute to drafting national policies.

Promoting Public-Private Partnerships: Developing joint initiatives between the public and private sectors to support economic growth and create new job opportunities.
