Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bassam Ibrahim inaugurated yesterday the 6th International Exhibition for Higher Education and Training in Damascus Fairgrounds with the participation of 46 universities, educational institutions and national, Arab and foreign academic.
Dr. Bassam Ibrahim expressed his happiness for his participation in the opening of the sixth international training and education exhibition, which will be attended by public and private universities, higher institutes of the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research centers in the Syrian Arab Republic as well as the participation of several Arab and foreign countries.
The Minister of Higher Education stressed that this important exhibition provides an opportunity for our students to get acquainted with the universities and teaching systems in them, and studies, whether in the first university or in the postgraduate stage. The first is our children and this is what we all seek in the Ministry of Higher Education.
In turn, Alexander Samonich, Director of International Cooperation at the Belarusian Ministry of Higher Education, said that 11 Belarusian universities are participating in the exhibition due to the desire and keenness to increase and strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the scientific field, noting the agreement signed today between the ministries of Belarus and Syria.
